Dispatch
Zaanti Stores uses Royal Mail standard postage services within the UK. Items being shipped from another country will use the mail system in that Country. All orders for items that are in our stock are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3-5 working days. If you have placed an order for a product that becomes unavailable we will contact you immediately and give you the option to order an alternative product, wait for the product to become available or receive a full refund. When possible we will identify products out of stock before ordering but occasionally this is not possible. If you require next day postage please email Zaanti Stores and we can quote you for the service.
Delivery Rates
Zaanti's shipping rates vary. Heavy and Fragile items will cost more as they will either weigh more or require extra padding and packaging to avoid damage and breakages during transit. If you have placed a large order with us and the postage is high, contact us and we will consider reducing your postage. Our products are not all posted from the same location so changes to our postage charges will be assessed on an individual basis.
Returns and refunds
If you have any problems with your purchase(s) please return the item(s) within 14 days, along with the original invoice. We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection. For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.
Note:
When returning items, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible with the original packaging and labels intact.
