05. Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted on Zaantistores website. Zaanti will not be responsible for any inconvenience or delay in despatch of goods, as a result of payment being declined by your card issuer. Zaanti also accepts cheques and postal orders. Where cheques and postal orders have been submitted as payments, the goods will be packed and despatched after payment has cleared.
06. VAT
All our products are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The prices you see on our website does not include delivery or shipping costs. This will be calculated during the checkout process before payment is taken.p>
07. Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel orders placed on Zaanti Stores website within seven working days of receipt of your goods. You will be required to return the goods unopened and undamaged to our Returns Department at 11 Orchard Grove, Arnold, Nottingham, NG5 6FU unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to goods that have been personalised/engraved with personal details.
08. Loss or Damage of Goods
Zaanti Stores will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned to us. We recommend you send the products by recorded delivery. Once the goods are received in saleable condition, you will receive a full refund (except carriage charges) as per your original payment method.
09. Errors and Omissions
Zaanti cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has an incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.
